I have seen a lot of videos on water marbling and thought I would give this kit a try with my kids ages 4,8 and 12. The water thickener feels slimy, which the kids loved of course lol! The colors are vivid and intense. I KINDA made the bird after watching your video. I couldn’t beleive how easy it was to create the other patterns! My 12 yo son has autism and was captivated by swirling the colors with the skewers. In fact, they all loved it! For each child, we captured one “painting” session on the fabric. It was easier to do after a few practice runs with the scrap pack papers. Honestly I wasn’t crazy about the wood hanging pieces which were kind of flimsy. Instead I plan to have them professionally framed. This is a wonderful family art project. The video is helpful. I highly recommend!
